The Marine Commerce Terminal is the highest uniform load capacity cargo facility on the East Coast, purpose-built to support the construction, assembly, and deployment of offshore wind turbines. Designed to accommodate heavy-lift operations and large-scale marine logistics, the terminal features reinforced laydown areas, deep-water access, and direct connectivity to regional and international shipping routes.
